Visualizing Genomic Data with IGV - 2025
The Bioinformatics Resource Center invites you to the following event as a part of our bioinformatics learning series.
Topic: Visualizing Genomic Data with IGV
Date: 01/16/24
Time: 10:00am-1:00 pm,
Location: Weiss 305
These sessions will be great for beginners. We will not be doing any coding. By the end of the sessions, we hope you will feel comfortable working in IGV to load your own and public datasets and navigating the genome to visualize genes of interest.
These are in-person training sessions. Sessions will be a mixture of presentations and audience participation. Participants are encouraged to navigate through the browser in tandem with the presenters.
We will limit the number of registrants and there will be a charge of $100 per participant.
