These sessions will be great for anyone with experience in R people who need to do scRNAseq analysis. If you haven't attended our Intro to R course, then we recommend reviewing the course material beforehand.
Participants will learn a full workflow for scRNAseq analysis: basic QC, how to correct for technical issues such as ambient RNA, integrating multiple datasets together, clustering and differential analysis.
These are in-person training sessions. Sessions will be a mixture of presentations and live coding. Participants are encouraged to code along with the instructor.
We will limit the number of registrants and there will be a charge of $350 per participant.
FAQs
Is this a credited course for Graduate Students?
No. There is a Graduate School course starting March 24th which overlaps with some of the material covered in these sessions (though in less depth). Reach out to the Graduate School if you are interested.
I have registered. What now?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We will follow up closer to the course date with additional details about the room and how to set up your computer before these sessions.
I have no programming experience. Is this appropriate for me?
No. Though we will help you get set up, we will focus on advanced topics rather than the basics of coding.
When will you cover other topics?
We have many other sessions currently planned. Check our website for a full list of our courses.
